How would you like to have one number only to call for all the technical problems in your practice?

Starting with the computers and ending with printing of new business cards.

Just imagine - a computer breaks down
   you call one number

The software acts up and drives everybody crazy
   you call one number

The website need to be set up or updated
   you call one number

An advertisement need to be designed
   you call one number

You need to increase your exposure on the internet
   you call one number

E-mail and internet, yes, but no break in allowed
   you again call one number

I could go on and on but I don't want to waste our valuable time - you got the idea.

Pinpointing what the actual problem is, often makes the  solution of the whole situation pretty obvious. And pinpointing the actual problem requires an overview, an external point of view.

Take one example where that becomes often very obvious - computer hardware and software - the hardware man blames the software and vice versa. If you are not familiar with both you will keep your problem for a long time.

But if you feel at home with both soft and hardware - you can see what's wrong and just make it right.

Yet you don't want to become a specialist in hard and software - you just want to have these boxes do what they are supposed to! You have your practice to run, there wouldn't even be the time, even if you liked to!

Let's also look at another fact. A medical practice has it's own challenges. Mistakes are not acceptable! Some other office might be able to play trial and error, but you can't do this in a medical practice with patient data.

Therefore - if there really were this one number only to call - it could only be someone very familiar with the inner workings of a practice like yours, and not just any kind of technical handyman.
